Red-capped Robin

The southern-most end of Bartley’s Block – the one closest to Chiltern – has a stand of golden wattles. There are some that have died off, and the dried branches provide a clear view of the birds that perch on them. With some luck and patience, sometimes you can get close, especially to the birds that aren’t easily spooked, like this Red-capped Robin.
